For any complaint, please contact us at quejas-complaints@mysecretf.com. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. The resolution will be communicated to the complainant.

If you have been depicted in any content and wish to appeal its removal, please notify us by emailing apelaciones-appeal@mysecretf.com.



In the event of disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the final resolution to be evaluated by a neutral party.
