As a general rule:



1 credit = 1 USD of usable value within the Platform.



Credits can be used for certain purchases or features available on My Secret Fans, such as subscriptions, PPV content, tips, chats, video calls, or other services offered by creators.



Before completing a purchase, we will show you the corresponding amount and applicable terms.

You can recharge credits using the payment methods available in your country.



Depending on the method used and the terms in effect, the final amount of a recharge may include:



The amount of the credits purchased + My Secret Fans' recharge fee + the applicable fees of the payment provider.



Currently, My Secret Fans applies a 13% recharge fee on certain recharges.



This fee helps fund part of the operation, technology, security, infrastructure, support, processing, and maintenance of the Platform.



The specific costs charged by the payment processor may vary depending on payment method, country, currency, provider, and transaction type.



The total amount you will pay will be shown before you confirm the transaction.



No hidden fees



We want you to know exactly how much you're paying.



That's why, before making a recharge, the corresponding amount must be visible to you.



Once credits are in your account, we do not apply additional charges simply for using them, unless a specific feature expressly shows a different price or condition before its use.

My Secret Fans isn't limited to photos and videos.

That's why we work to minimize the public exposure of personal information and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.



Data necessary to make payments may be processed by our payment providers.



You don't need to publicly use your legal name as your profile name, unless a specific feature or legal requirement requires it.

One of our main commitments to creators is to offer them a transparent structure.



My Secret Fans does not deduct a platform commission from the earnings recognized for the creator on their sales within the Platform.



When a transaction generates earnings for the creator under the applicable terms, the creator receives 100% of those earnings recognized by My Secret Fans.



The fee we apply to user recharges is separate from the earnings attributed to the creator.



In this way, our model seeks to ensure that the creator's income is not reduced by a platform commission applied to the value of their content.



Taxes, tax obligations, currency conversions, banking costs, or costs charged by certain payment providers may depend on the country, withdrawal method, and specific circumstances, and are not necessarily part of a platform commission.

We want you to clearly understand your activity on My Secret Fans.
